Long review, but such a great experience and company! We recently had our roof replaced by Nexgen Roofing after a hail storm with golf ball-sized hail, and I can’t say enough good things about our experience. From start to finish, this local company absolutely delivered top-notch service. We worked closely with Oliver, our sales rep, and he was fantastic throughout the entire process. He was extremely professional, communicated quickly and clearly, and made sure we always knew the next steps—without ever feeling pressured. Going through insurance can be tricky, but Oliver helped us navigate every part of it with confidence. On the day of the roof install, which impressively was completed in just one day, I made a bit of a last-minute request to have our chimney topper painted since the crew would already be on the roof. Without hesitation, Oliver made it happen! He was on-site almost the entire time, ensuring things were running smoothly, and after the crew finished up, he personally walked the entire property with me, answering all my questions and making sure everything was perfect. There was a minor hiccup during the install—one of our gutters got dinged up—but again, Nexgen’s customer service really shined. Oliver took full ownership of the issue and had it scheduled for replacement within just a few days at no cost to us. That kind of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction is hard to find these days. We also had the pleasure of meeting a few other members of the Nexgen team, and every one of them were/are friendly, professional, and just genuinely great people. It’s clear this is a company that takes pride in their work and their customer relationships. Honestly, I can’t think of a single negative thing to say. Nexgen went above and beyond at every step, and I highly recommend giving them a shot for any of your roofing needs. You won’t regret it! David Cagle and his team were exceptional thru the entire process of quoting through completion. David sat with my wife and I and answered all of our questions and there were many. They completed the job and cleaned up the same day and we could not be happier with the outcome. Our home has never looked so good. I had some hail damage to our roof that I was unaware of. A team from NEXGEN, headed by Tanner Wasson, came by and offered a free roof inspection. I agreed and photos were taken. Fortunately, I have USAA Homeowners insurance, so Tanner contacted USAA. They, in turn, contacted me and sent an adjustor. Literally, within days my claim was approved. When we agreed on a date, a contractor showed up at 6:42 and dropped off shingles. The NEXGEN roofing crew showed up at 7am, just as dawn was breaking. They worked steadily for two days - sun up to sun down - and completed the new roof. Additionally, a few spots in my ceiling were discovered where leaks had caused water spots on the ceiling sheet rock. Kevin's painting was called. They showed up at 8 am (on a Saturday, no less) and repainted the ceiling, even replacing some sheetrock where needed. Now, our house is good as new. I could not be more pleased and heartedly recommend NEXGEN.😊

NexGen Roofing really went to bat for me with my recent roofing claim. I am 79, and live on a fixed income, and my insurance company low-balled me but Tanner at NexGen took on the claim and helped walk me through everything, and worked with my insurance company and the owners at NexGen to make it an easy process. My new roof is just beautiful! I feel more safe, and less stressed about storms now. The roofers worked fast, and did an amazing job! I know NexGen probably did not make a lot of profit on my roof job because of the age of my home, but they helped me I am very humbled and grateful that there are still good and caring people like them in this business, and I would and will recommend them to anyone. God bless you NexGen & Tanner, for being there for me.

Robert Oliver, Paul and their whole team did a fantastic job on our roof and with helping to get it covered by insurance. They did their very best to keep the damage to our plants and surrounding house structures to as little as they could. They did a great job with cleanup And making sure to get all of the nails up that they could. Their communication is top-notch and very much appreciated. Delayed due to snow, moved his schedule around and got it done the next Monday. Looks great. Will last for years.
